GERMANY - Dieter Hüttlinger, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Schattdecor AG, will retire at the end of 2022. Hüttlinger worked for Schattdecor in Germany and abroad for 25 years, six of which he was responsible for, and helped shape the Finance department, as a member of the Executive Board.

The company's Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Derick Beitel, as the new CFO and successor to Dieter Hüttlinger, effective January 1, 2023.

Dr. Derick Beitel has been active in the Finance department at Schattdecor since November 2021.

Dr. Derick Beitel studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and McMaster University (Canada) and received his doctorate from the University of Witten/Herdecke (Germany).
