SPAIN - Entrepreneurs Jorge Tornini and Angel Riudalbas, owners of an industrial group made up of more than ten companies with a combined turnover of more than EUR 350 million and employing 1,500 workers, have been awarded the decorative paper impregnation business of Coveright Surfaces Spain S.A.

A fact that has meant the permanence of 34 jobs that ensure the continuity of the business.

Since 1974, with a staff of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in the sector, Coveright has positioned itself as a reference in melamine impregnation. With its 4 reactors and its pilot impregnation line, the Coveright team has developed its own technology for the production of melamine resins for the wood panel, furniture, food and construction sectors. Through its impregnation lines, Coveright has managed to process more than 45 million m2 in 2022.

Thus, the new owners of the company will give continuity to the business of Coveright Surfaces Spain S.A., located in Martorelles (Barcelona), under the name of Coveright S.L.
