GERMANY - Once again, an innovative product from Hettich wins the prestigious "interzum award".

The "FurnSpin" fitting system left the expert jury in no doubt within a field of challenging contenders, attracting the highest "Best of the Best" accolade with its "well thought out and innovative design".

Thanks to a unique translational rotation movement, with the FurnSpin fitting cabinets can turn their interior completely outwards around their own axis, providing convenient access to the rear areas of the cabinet.

The exciting alternation between closed and open furniture is effectively staged. Thanks to sophisticated kinematics, the turned carcase moves in a defined track so that the furniture edges cannot collide.

For 23 years, the “Interzum Award”, which is organized every two years by Koelnmesse and Red Dot for the furniture supply industry, has gone to particularly innovative products. This year, the jury selected 52 products from nearly 150 entries submitted by manufacturers from 18 nations.
