ITALY - The long-awaited acquisition of FGV Group by Hettich Group, announced in September, has successfully concluded, marking the formal completion of the takeover.

All closing conditions, including antitrust approvals, have been met. Both companies, known for their long-term vision, furniture fittings expertise, and strong customer relationships, are now shaping their future together in the industry.

With a combined experience of over 200 years, they unite as more than 9,000 colleagues worldwide, committed to delivering the best for customers.

Dr. Andreas Hettich, Chairman of the Advisory Board, highlights the complementary strengths, ensuring independence for Hettich and FGV within the overall Hettich Group. Uwe Kreidel, now CEO of FGV Group, brings extensive industry experience to lead the collaboration, focusing on successful growth as independent brands.
