Häfele, renowned for its expertise in intelligent fitting technology, lighting, and electronic locking systems, had previously achieved significant sales expansion in 2021 and 2022. Despite the hurdles encountered, the company marked its 100th anniversary with vibrant ceremonies, symbolizing the dawn of a new corporate era. At the interzum trade fair in Cologne, Häfele unveiled its industry motto "Maximizing the value of space. Together.", reflecting its strategic vision.

Expanding its service offerings, Häfele introduced enhancements such as the "Service+" portfolio and "smart room solutions," streamlining comprehensive furniture and lighting control for customers.

Looking ahead to 2024, Häfele is investing in projects like the Häfele Dynamics Center to foster sustainable growth. Additionally, the management structure has been refined, with Riekena assuming oversight of marketing and sales. Despite ongoing challenges, Häfele remains steadfast, implementing initiatives geared towards bolstering sales in the coming year.
