USA - Würth Baer Supply Company, one of the nation's leading specialty wholesale distributors to the woodworking industry, announced the acquisition of J & G Machinery in Sanford, North Carolina.

The addition of J & G Machinery will expand Würth’s woodworking machinery sales and service footprint to include the southeast United States. Both J & G Machinery owners John Johnson and Jerry Johnson (and all J & G employees) will continue to manage the day to day business just as it is operating today.

J & G and its’ field sales team are ideally located to service the southeast United States’ cabinet, millwork, and furniture manufacturing market.

In a statement from J & G’s Sanford location, John Johnson said: “Merging the Würth Baer Supply and J & G brands will allow us to expand our machinery sales and service offering in the Southeast. At the same time, this acquisition also allows J & G to solidify the future for our current employees who will continue to service our customers with all of our key partners.”

The acquisition closing was finalized in late July 2022. J & G Machinery will retain its strong brand name in the market and will become a division of Würth Baer Supply Company.
