GERMANY - Customers from all over Germany can now order from Häfele again and will be supplied.

After the cyber attack on the international group on February 2, 2023, the company first put the Hanover shipping center into operation last week and supplied eleven federal states with goods from there.

Deliveries from Nagold have started again today. This means that customers from the five southern federal states that are assigned to the Nagold shipping center can now order again.

With the ramp-up of the Nagold shipping center, a wide range of articles is now available again throughout Germany. Orders are currently accepted by phone and email.

"As soon as we see that all newly added processes are running stably, the next step follows: going live with our online shop," says CEO Gregor Riekena. “Our most important goal was to be able to deliver again nationwide. After we managed to do this with combined forces in a short time, we are now working on the complete commissioning of our entire Nagold dispatch center.”
