ECUADOR - Tha value of ecuadorian wooden furniture imports grew 18.1% in 2023 and reached USD 18.81 million. That compares to USD 15.93 million in 2022.

Brasil streghten its position as the leading supplying country of wooden furniture to Ecuador in 2023 with exports of USD 10.40 million that represented 55.3% of total imports ecuadorian wooden furniture imports. An improvement of more than 10 percentage points compared to 2022.

China and Colombia followed with USD 3.53 million and USD  2.23 million respectively.

Muebles El Bosque, Corporación El Rosado and Pycca were the top 3 importing companies in 2023. All of which experienced important growth rates, of 45.0%, 77.6% and 26.9% respectively, compared to 2022.

The main wooden furniture supplying companies to the ecuadorian market in 2023 were the brasilian Moval Moveis, DJ Moveis and Moveis Carraro.
