of high technology woodworking machinery and systems, and will now work together as one team with the goal of delivering superior results to customers and dealers. By combining operations, product lines and product knowledge, the company intends to build a strong and diverse machinery company that offers a range of products providing cutting-edge technology in a more competitive, cost efficient manner, available through an extensive sales and dealer network throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. SCM Group North America also intends to provide quick response time by increasing the number of service professionals in the field, and offering customer service with the Parts Pronto on-line ordering program.
