ITALY - Biesse Spa recently announced the board's approval of its 2024-2026 business plan, forecasting an average annual revenue growth between 2 percent and 4 percent over the plan period (2026: EUR 830 -880 million).
The projected EBITDA margin is expected to range between 8% and 10% (2026: EUR 75 - 90 million), with the EBIT margin anticipated to fall between 4% and 5% (2026: EUR 40 - 45 million).
The planned capital expenditure (Capex) for the period is approximately EUR 150 million.
"Despite prevailing global economic and geopolitical uncertainties and challenges, the company remains steadfast in its strategy, which prioritizes market and product efficiency, cost optimization, continued implementation of the 'one company' project initiated in the past three years, and integration of acquired companies," stated the company.
